Gun confiscation: coming to a town near you! Some of you may not be aware of a devastating flood that recently occurred in Canada.

While not quite as widespread as Katrina was, it looks pretty bad.

It’s a shame, and we hope the residents of High River recover quickly.  Hopefully more quickly that the NY victims of Sandy, who have been left out in the cold by Gov. Cuomo while he was tilting at anti-gun windmills.

The police evacuated the town, just like what happened during Katrina.

And also like Katrina, the police decided to confiscate people’s guns from the evacuated homes.

Residents angry as RCMP seize guns from High River homes

HIGH RIVER — RCMP revealed Thursday that officers have seized a “substantial  amount” of firearms from homes in the evacuated town of High River.

We just want to make sure that all of those things are in a spot that we  control, simply because of what they are,” said Sgt. Brian Topham.

“People have a significant amount of money invested in firearms … so we put  them in a place that we control and that they’re safe.”

I hate to sound like a broken record, but gun control isn’t about guns, folks.  It’s about control.

The RCMP fascists didn’t ask the residents to secure their guns before they evacuated.  They didn’t offer to help people secure their guns.  They just waited until the residents were removed from the area before goose-stepping in and stealing their guns.

“Sgt. Topham said he didn’t know when residents would be allowed to return to  their homes. “People much higher up are going to make those decisions,” he  said.

He did confirm that officer relied on forced entry to get into numerous  houses during the early stages of the flood because of an “urgent need”, said  Topham.”

What “urgent need”?  Is it anything like the “urgent need” that Hitler had to annex the Sudetenland?

“Police are no longer forcing themselves into homes and the residences that  were forced open will be secured, he said.”

Which means that the homes they forced their way into are currently UNsecured.

Will the RCMP allow themselves to be held responsible for any thefts that occur due to their breaking & entering?  Highly doubtful.  Will they pay for the damage they caused, especially the gun safes that they broke into?  Again, highly doubtful.

“Topham said the confiscated firearms have been inventoried and are secured at  an RCMP detachment. He was not at liberty to say how many firearms had been  confiscated.

“We have seized a large quantity of firearms simply because they were left by  residents in their places,” said Topham.

The guns will be returned to owners after residents are allowed back in town  and they provide proof of ownership, Topham added.”

Aha!  Who decides what the proof of ownership will be?  Why, the RCMP gestapo, that’s who!  And who does the RCMP take their marching orders from?  Left-wing gun-hating politicians!

Nazi is as Nazi does...

Nazi is as Nazi does…

Those residents can kiss all of their inherited firearms goodbye, along with any gun for which they didn’t have the foresight to store the receipt in a flood-proof location.

The residents are pissed about this, but what will they do about it?

High River citizens right to be suspicious as RCMP changes story over removal of guns
